We are expanding our operations and establishing our Gurugram office to strengthen our nationwide B2B partner network.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Team Lead to establish and lead our B2B Sales & Operations team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 4–5 executives, developing relationships with education consultants and business partners across India, ensuring smooth admission and visa processing, and driving business growth.

This is a leadership role requiring excellent people management, business development, operational coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 4–5 sales and operations executives.
- Recruit, train, and monitor team performance to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with education consultants, referral partners, and sub-agents across India.
- Generate new B2B partnerships and expand the company's business network.
- Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, applications, admissions, and visa processes.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, overseas partners, and internal departments.
- Monitor daily productivity and ensure service quality across the team.
- Resolve operational challenges and support team members in handling complex cases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure all company processes, documentation, and compliance standards are followed.
- Drive business growth through strategic planning, partner engagement,



and team performance.
- Represent the company professionally during partner meetings, exhibitions, seminars, and business events whenever required.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in a Team Leader, Team Manager, Operations Lead, or similar leadership role in any industry.
- Experience managing sales, customer service, telecalling, admissions, operations, or business development teams.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
