Key Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements, user needs, and product objectives.
- Create user flows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Develop consistent design systems, reusable components, typography, color schemes, and UI guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Review implemented designs and provide UI/UX feedback to maintain design quality.
- Conduct basic user research and usability analysis where required.
- Identify usability issues and recommend practical design improvements.
- Create landing pages, dashboards, forms, navigation systems, CTAs, and other UI components.
- Maintain consistency across different products and platforms.
- Stay updated with current UX/UI trends, design tools, and best practices.
- Manage multiple design tasks and deliver projects within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of professional experience in UX/UI Design.
- Strong knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of UX principles, user-centered design, and visual hierarchy.




- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
- Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Good knowledge of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, and design systems.
- Ability to design modern and user-friendly web and mobile interfaces.
- Good understanding of usability and accessibility principles.
- Strong attention to detail and visual design skills.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers and other cross-functional teams.

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator / XD.
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Experience designing SaaS products, dashboards, websites, or mobile applications.
- Understanding of design handoff and developer collaboration.
- Knowledge of UX research and usability testing.
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
