- Plan, supervise and monitor day-to-day production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and quality standards.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery and production processes.
- Monitor fabrication, assembly and manufacturing of solar structures/components.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications and quality requirements.
- Identify production delays, defects and process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Quality and Project teams for smooth production.
- Maintain production records, material consumption and daily production reports.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower and materials and minimize wastage.




- Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Support continuous improvement, productivity enhancement and cost reduction.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of fabrication, welding, cutting, drilling and assembly processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand measurements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and production reporting.
- Solid team-handling, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of solar mounting structures will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹11,639.92 - ₹43,453.30 per month
