Job Summary
We are looking for a Corporate Sales Trainer to train and develop Relationship Managers (RMs). The role involves creating training programs, improving sales skills, and helping teams close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and create structured training programs
- Design training modules on Pre-IPO, Private Equity, and financial products
- Develop onboarding programs for new hires
Training Delivery
- Conduct training sessions (classroom, virtual, on-floor)
- Train teams on sales techniques, objection handling, and product knowledge
- Ensure RMs are trained before handling clients
Sales Support
- Work with sales teams to improve conversions and performance
- Coach RMs on closing high-value deals
- Track training impact and improve programs
Process & Content
- Create sales scripts, FAQs, and pitch frameworks
- Ensure consistent and compliant communication
- Update training content based on new products
Requirements
Education:
- B.Com / MBA Finance / CFP or similar
Experience:
- 4–8 years in the Finance Industry (Sales + Training experience required)
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial products (Pre-IPO, Private Equity preferred)
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Training and coaching ability
- Understanding of sales processes
