WHO WE ARE

Founded in 1995 under the Shree Krishna Group of Companies, our journey began in Surat — the textile capital of India — with a vision to build a trusted and progressive enterprise in the yarn and textile value chain. Over the years, the Group has earned strong market credibility through deep industry knowledge, dependable relationships, disciplined execution, and a consistent commitment to quality and business integrity.

Alltex Exim Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2010 with the ambition of extending this legacy beyond domestic markets and emerging as a global textile solutions company. Today, Alltex is engaged across man-made and natural fibres, yarns, sustainable yarns, and speciality and value-added textile products, with a growing strategic focus on expanding from fibre-to-yarn and progressively towards the fibre-to-fabric value chain.

With exports to 13 countries and an international presence through offices in Egypt and Bangladesh, Alltex continues to strengthen its position as a trusted global partner in textiles. Our approach is driven by market intelligence, product expertise, reliable execution, innovation, responsible sourcing, and long-term value creation for our customers, suppliers, employees and other stakeholders.
