Job Summary

The ideal candidate is a creative strategist with a deep understanding of social media trends and analytics. You will manage all aspects of social media for various client accounts, from content ideation to performance reporting, ensuring that each brand’s voice is consistent and effective across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with clients' business goals.
- Content Creation: Plan and curate engaging text, image, and video content, including the management of content calendars.
- Community Management: Monitor and respond to user interactions, comments, and messages to foster a vibrant online community.
- Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with influencers to amplify brand messaging and reach.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs such as engagement rates, reach, and ROI, providing regular performance reports and insights for strategy adjustment.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on emerging technologies,



platform algorithm changes, and industry best practices.

Job Requirement

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in social media management, preferably within a digital marketing agency setting.
- Platform Expertise: In-depth knowledge of major platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,and YouTube.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency with management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social, and design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical Ability: Strong ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
