ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled, creative and passionate Full Stack WordPress Developer who also has solid UI/UX design and SEO skills.

The ideal candidate should be able to handle projects from design to development, build responsive and high-performing websites, and create engaging user experiences.

We are looking for someone who thinks out of the box, brings creative ideas to the table and takes ownership of their work.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop, customize and maintain WordPress websites
* Build responsive websites with strong frontend and backend functionality
* Develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
* Work with APIs, third-party integrations and databases
* Convert UI/UX concepts and designs into functional websites
* Create intuitive, modern and user-friendly interfaces
* Implement basic on-page and technical SEO best practices
* Optimize websites for search engines, performance and usability
* Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility
* Optimize websites for performance, security and usability
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
* Collaborate with the team to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions

REQUIRED SKILLS

Development:

* WordPress
* PHP
* HTML,



CSS & JavaScript
* MySQL
* Custom theme & plugin development
* REST APIs and integrations

UI/UX:

* Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
* Figma or similar design tools
* Wireframing and prototyping
* Responsive and user-centered design
* Strong visual and creative sense

SEO:

* Basic understanding of on-page and technical SEO
* Keyword optimization and SEO-friendly website structure
* Meta titles, descriptions and heading optimization
* Website speed and performance optimization
* Mobile SEO
* Familiarity with Google Search Console and Google Analytics
* Knowledge of WordPress SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Rank Math
