We work internationally and are looking for a motivated person in Gurugram to assist the CEO with our growing activities in India.

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, organized and energetic Part-Time CEO Assistant who can support several areas of the company's activities.

The position combines general assistance to the CEO: operations, marketing, software/product testing participation. It is suitable for someone who enjoys variety, technology and learning new things.

Main Responsibilities

- Assist the CEO with daily operational activities and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with employees, suppliers, customers and business contacts when required.
- Assist with documents, presentations and reports.
- Support marketing and social-media activities.
- Perform simple software and product tests according to provided instructions.
- Document test results, problems, screenshots and videos.
- Assist with demonstrations and testing of company products.




- Help prepare marketing photos and videos featuring company products.

Product Demonstration & Videos

As we test our Ai products we will need you also in presenting the products in company video and images - its a must.

The employee's face will be blurred to protect their privacy if they wish.

Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

- Responsible, reliable and organized.
- Comfortable working directly with the CEO.
- Able to communicate in English.
- Comfortable using computers, smartphones and software.
- Willing to learn how to test new technology products.
- Comfortable helping with marketing and product demonstrations.
- Able to work independently after receiving instructions.
- Located in Gurugram.

Experience in administration, marketing, social media, software testing or technology is an advantage, but not required.

What We Offer

A flexible part-time position with practical exposure to several areas of a technology business. The employee will work directly with the CEO and gain hands-on experience in operations, marketing, software testing and technology product development.

Pay: ₹600.00 - ₹800.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 per week
