Job Description: Manager – Operations

Reporting To: Operations Head / Managing Director

Location: Kaloor, Kochi

Process: Domestic Operations

Salary: CTC ₹45K – ₹50K

Working Hours

 9 hours per day.

 Versatile support required beyond working hours based on business needs.

Weekly Off

 Sundays and two Saturdays off in a month.

Role Overview

The Manager – Operations will be responsible for managing operations, leading

teams, achieving targets, improving processes, maintaining client satisfaction, and

supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage a team of 35+ employees, including Managers and Team Leaders.

 Monitor team performance and achieve operational targets.

 Handle daily operations and ensure smooth process delivery.

 Improve client satisfaction and service quality.

 Support business development and identify new growth opportunities.

 Maintain client relationships and support revenue growth.

 Implement process improvements and reduce operational costs.





 Monitor quality and resolve operational issues.

 Assist in planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

 Analyze data and prepare reports for business decisions.

 Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

 Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise employees.

 Handle performance management and employee concerns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

 Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager or similar role.

 BPO experience preferred.

 Business development and client handling experience.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong leadership and team management skills.

 Good problem-solving and analytical skills.

 Ability to manage targets and drive business growth.

 Knowledge of reporting, planning, and budgeting.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
