Key Responsibilities

- Production Planning: Prepare and coordinate daily/weekly production plans as per customer orders, priorities and delivery schedules.
- Production Follow-Up: Monitor production from raw material → machining → finishing → assembly → packing → dispatch.
- Department Coordination: Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, Finishing, Assembly, Packing and Dispatch teams.
- Material Availability: Ensure required raw materials, components, packing materials, tools and accessories are available as per production plan.
- Job Allocation: Coordinate job/work allocation with concerned supervisors and ensure timely completion.
- Production Monitoring: Track actual production against planned quantity and identify delays, bottlenecks and shortages.
- Quality Coordination: Coordinate with QC to ensure first-piece approval, in-process quality and final inspection are completed.
- Finishing & Assembly Follow-Up: Monitor polishing, plating, coating, painting, assembly and other finishing processes as per approved samples.
- Sampling & NPD Support: Coordinate development of recent products, samples, prototypes and customer approval samples.
- Order Priority:



Ensure urgent and export orders are prioritized according to shipment and customer requirements.
- Rework & Rejection Control: Coordinate rework, rejection and corrective actions with Production and Quality teams.
- Production Records: Maintain production plans, daily production reports, pending orders, WIP and completion status.
- Dispatch Coordination: Ensure completed and approved goods are handed over to Packing/Dispatch on time.
- Daily Reporting: Provide management with updates on production status, delays, pending work and critical issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks and coordinate actions to improve productivity, quality and on-time delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor' Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering of Relevant field
- 2-5 Years of experience in QC withing Builder Hardware/Manufacturing Industry
- Understanding of all manufacturing processes of Metal Production and Finishing Processes such as polishing, plating, and coating.
