Role Objective

Support the founder in planning, coordinating, and executing NGO activities, events, partnerships, volunteer engagement, and communication while ensuring smooth execution.

Role Split

Event & Program Coordination (Primary)

- Organize and coordinate NGO events and activities• Prepare event timelines and checklists• Coordinate volunteers, venues, vendors, and logistics• Execute activities on event day• Track registrations and participation• Prepare post-event reports

Communication & Stakeholder Management

- Communicate with schools, colleges, communities, partners, and participants• Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups• Coordinate meetings and maintain records

Partnerships & Outreach





- Support collaboration opportunities• Coordinate sponsor and outreach communication• Maintain partner and volunteer database

Basic Creative Support

- Create basic posters and invites in Canva• Prepare simple event creatives and presentations• Support announcements and registrations

Mandatory Skills

- Excellent communication in English• Good communication in Tamil• Strong coordination and follow-up skills• Event organizing ability• Basic Canva knowledge• PowerPoint / Google Workspace

Candidate Profile

- Experience: 0–2 years• Talented freshers encouraged• Presentable and proactive• Comfortable handling people and events• Good ownership mindset

Compensation

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per monthPerformance review after 3 monthsOpportunity for role expansion as ToReact grows

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
