HR & IR Job Description — Electrical Manufacturing Company
Position: HR & Industrial Relations (IR) Executive/Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records.
- Handle payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.
- Manage employee grievances, discipline, and welfare activities.
- Handle industrial relations, worker/union matters, and labour-law compliance.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for manpower planning.
- Support performance management, training, and employee engagement.
- Maintain compliance with applicable labour laws, ESI, PF, Factory Act, etc.
- Prepare HR/IR reports and support audits and inspections.
Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent, with relevant experience in manufacturing/industrial HR.
Key Skills: Labour laws, IR, recruitment, payroll, employee relations, conflict resolution, compliance, and communication.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
