About Us

The Outline is a creative and design agency working with clients across healthcare, finance, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors, delivering brochures, presentations, packaging, and marketing collateral. We're looking for a Junior Social Media Manager to help grow our clients' digital presence and drive engagement across platforms.

Role Overview

We're looking for an enthusiastic and creative Junior Social Media Manager to plan, create, and manage social media content for our clients and/or agency brand. You'll work closely with the design and content teams to build engaging campaigns, track performance, and stay on top of platform trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Youtube etc.)
- Write engaging captions and coordinate with the design team for visual content
- Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement; respond in a timely and brand-appropriate manner
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and prepare basic performance reports
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices




- Assist in brainstorming campaign ideas and content themes
- Support influencer outreach and collaboration coordination, when required
- Ensure brand voice and guidelines are consistently maintained across all posts

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation (internships count)
- Strong written communication skills in English and Hindi
- Basic understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite)
- Creative thinking with an eye for visual storytelling
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts/deadlines
- Good organizational and time-management skills

Positive to Have

- Experience working with an agency or handling multiple brands
- Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising
- Familiarity with short-form video content/reels editing
