Job Description:
Summary:
We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain experience to understand business requirements and translate them into solutions for data and technology teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from Pharma stakeholders.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows.
- Work closely with business, data, analytics, and technology teams.
- Support data validation, testing, reporting,
and dashboard requirements.
- Participate in client discussions and solution workshops.
Required Skills
- 810 years of experience in Pharma/Life Sciences Commercial domain.
- Strong knowledge of US Pharma Commercial processes.
- Experience in Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Patient Services, or Commercial Analytics.
- Strong requirement gathering and stakeholder management skills.
- Valuable understanding of commercial data and analytics.
Good to Have: Veeva CRM, Power BI/Tableau, Snowflake/Databricks/Azure, Agile/Scrum.
