- Develop and execute the company's overall social media strategy.
- Manage daily activities across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create and maintain a monthly Social Media Content Calendar.
- Develop creative concepts for Reels, Stories, Posts, Carousels, Videos, Polls, and other social formats.
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, CTAs, and social media copy.
- Identify and leverage trending Reels, audio, hashtags, formats, and content opportunities.
- Manage comments, DMs, mentions, and overall online community engagement.
- Monitor competitors and identify recent content and growth opportunities.
- Track social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Conduct A/B testing of content formats, hooks, captions, thumbnails, and posting strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, creator trends, and platform updates.
- Basic Canva knowledge and Facebook Marketing

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
