Manage end-to-end transportation and logistics operations for all company shipments.

- Coordinate with warehouse, sales, purchase, production, and customer service teams for dispatch requirements.
- Arrange suitable vehicles such as tempo, pickup, truck, container, etc., based on shipment size and requirement.
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and logistics vendors on a daily basis.
- Plan and schedule vehicle movements to ensure timely pickup and delivery.
- Negotiate transportation rates and maintain a database of approved transporters.
- Compare freight rates and select cost-effective transportation options.
- Track all dispatched shipments and provide regular delivery updates to the concerned teams.
- Ensure proper LR/GR, e-way bill, invoice, delivery challan, POD and other transportation documents are available.
- Follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery) and maintain proper records.
- Monitor delays, transit issues, damages, shortages, and delivery-related complaints and coordinate for resolution.
- Ensure goods are transported safely and appropriate vehicle capacity is selected.
- Coordinate with drivers and transporters regarding loading, unloading, route,



delivery location, and delivery timing.
- Maintain daily transportation records including vehicle details, transporter details, freight charges, delivery status, and POD status.
- Verify transporter bills against agreed rates, shipment details, and supporting documents before submission to Accounts.
- Monitor transportation expenses and identify opportunities for cost reduction and route optimization.
- Maintain robust relationships with regular transporters and develop alternate vendors when required.
- Handle urgent and priority transportation requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company logistics and transportation SOPs.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports for management.
- Coordinate intercity and interstate transportation whenever required.
- Ensure proper communication with customers/clients regarding delivery schedules when required.
- Support warehouse operations during high-volume dispatch periods.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
