The Restaurant Guest Relations Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring a pleasant dining experience, handling customer enquiries and feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with guests. The role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Duty Time: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Assist guests with seating and provide information about the restaurant and menu.
- Attend to guest requirements throughout their dining experience.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Coordinate with the service, kitchen, and management teams to resolve guest concerns.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain valuable relationships with regular and VIP customers.
- Assist with reservations, special occasions, and group bookings.
- Promote special offers, combos, and restaurant promotions when appropriate.
- Collect and record guest feedback and report important issues to management.




- Monitor the overall guest experience and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and communication at all times.
