Role Overview

The HR Executive (Talent Acquisition) will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates forCaterspoint's cloud kitchens and support functions. This role supports high-volume hiring, documentation, andrecruitment coordination to ensure timely manpower fulfilment and smooth joining processes.Key Responsibilities- Conduct daily sourcing and screening of candidates through job portals, social media, and walk-ins.- Schedule interviews, share line-ups, and coordinate with Operations for hiring requirements.- Manage end-to-end bulk hiring for kitchen staff, outlet teams, delivery associates, and support roles.- Maintain daily hiring tracker, candidate pipeline, and status updates.- Collect documents and complete joining formalities for selected candidates.- Ensure all new joiners are updated in HRMS (KEKA).- Support induction, ID creation,
