Key Responsibilities

* Manage daily godown/warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow.

* Receive incoming furniture and electronics products and verify quantities and specifications.

* Maintain accurate stock records and ensure proper inventory control.

* Arrange products systematically for easy identification and movement.

* Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the showroom/sales team for requirements.

* Supervise loading and unloading of furniture, electronics, and other materials.

* Ensure products are handled and stored safely to prevent damage.

* Prepare and maintain inward, outward, transfer, and delivery records.

* Conduct regular physical stock verification and report discrepancies.

* Coordinate with delivery and installation teams for timely dispatch of products.

* Ensure proper packing and documentation before dispatch.

* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security standards within the godown.





* Supervise and guide warehouse helpers and other support staff.

* Report damaged, missing, or defective products to the management.

* Support stock audits and provide required inventory reports.

Requirements

* 4–5 years of relevant experience* in warehouse/godown operations, preferably in furniture or electronics retail.

* Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.

* Experience in handling furniture and electronic products will be an advantage.

* Basic computer knowledge for maintaining stock records.

* Good communication and team-management skills.

* Ability to handle physical work, loading/unloading supervision, and warehouse activities.

* Strong attention to detail and responsibility towards company assets.
