We are looking for a dynamic and organized professional with experience in Destination Management, Corporate Travel, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Exhibitions) to support the planning and execution of corporate travel programs and events across Asia.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with DMCs, hotels, travel partners, transport providers, and event vendors for corporate travel and MICE requirements.
- Support on-site event coordination and execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of all event requirements.
- Prepare event proposals, itineraries, quotations, cost sheets, and budgets in coordination with clients and vendors.
- Handle vendor coordination, negotiations, bookings, confirmations, and relationship management.
- Maintain accurate event documentation, operational trackers, checklists, and post-event reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including hotel bookings, transportation, activities, and event logistics.
- Identify and resolve operational issues during events and provide timely support to clients and internal teams.




- Work closely with internal teams to ensure all project requirements are delivered as planned.

Requirements

- Experience in Destination Management, Corporate Travel, MICE, Event Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Asian destinations, travel operations, hotels, and MICE suppliers.
- Strong vendor coordination, negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic event/travel management tools.
- Ability to prepare costings, budgets, proposals, itineraries, and event reports.
- Strong organizational skills with good attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site at events, including flexible hours, weekends, or extended hours when required.
- Ability to work effectively in quick-paced and dynamic event environments.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
