Dipesh Tours is looking for an experienced and responsible Accounts & Finance Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that our books are accurate, reconciled and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

- Day-to-day accounting in Zoho Books
- Sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payment entries
- Bank, credit card and payment gateway reconciliations
- Customer and vendor ledger reconciliation
- GST & TDS accounting and reconciliations
- Accounting for customer advances, refunds and adjustments
- Ledger scrutiny and month-end closing
- Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
- Preparation of monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet and MIS
- Identifying and resolving accounting discrepancies and unreconciled items
- Coordination with the CA / tax team for finalisation and compliance

What We Are Looking For

- 3–6 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, GST and TDS
- Good experience in bank, customer and vendor reconciliations
- Working knowledge of Zoho Books and MS Excel




- Valuable understanding of P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities
- Experience in the travel / service industry will be an advantage

The Right Candidate

We are looking for someone who understands accounting beyond data entry — someone who can review the books, identify discrepancies, follow up on pending items and ensure that accounts are properly reconciled and ready for monthly closing.
