WE'RE HIRING | FP&A; Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced FP&A; Business Analyst with strong expertise in TM1 / IBM Planning Analytics to support finance transformation initiatives.

Locations: Gurgaon | Chennai | Hyderabad | Bangalore
Experience: 5–9 Years
Qualification: Any Graduate
CTC: ₹12–18 LPA
Level: Assistant Manager / Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting processes.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify process improvements and define future-state solutions.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support UAT, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure successful delivery of FP&A; transformation initiatives.

Required Skills:

5+ years of dedicated Business Analyst experience in Finance / FP&A; transformation
Hands-on IBM Planning Analytics (TM1)



experience – Mandatory
Strong expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping & stakeholder management
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments
Robust understanding of FP&A; processes including budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting
