Role Overview

Visit a minimum of 10-12 General Physicians (GPs) every day within an assigned locality/beat Introduce Healic's General Surgery facility, surgeon credentials, and patient-first value proposition to each GP.
Build repeat-visit relationships with GPs on a structured revisit cycle (not one-time visits)
Convince GPs to share patient details for patients who require general surgery (e.g. gallbladder, hernia, appendix).
Log every visit and every patient lead captured in the field-sales app / CRM the same day. Close the loop with GPs on referred-patient outcomes where information is available, to build long-term trust.
Escalate high-potential (Level 1/2 tier) GP relationships to the TL for joint visits

KRAs & KPIs —
Daily field coverage 10-12 GP visits/day (minimum), tracked via GPSverified check-in on the field-sales app




Beat/territory discipline % adherence to planned weekly beat schedule; revisit cycle maintained per GP tier GP relationship building Current GPs introduced per week; GPs progressed from 'Introduced' to 'Active Referrer' status
Lead generation Number of patient leads (with complete, consented details) captured and logged per week.
Data quality % of logged leads with complete, correctly formatted patient/GP details (no rework needed by CRM team)
CRM/reporting hygiene Same-day visit logging compliance; leads punched into CRM within SLA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
