We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented PMS Executive to join our Mumbai team. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing queries related to trading and investments, and ensuring a seamless client servicing experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in financial markets, stock broking operations, and client engagement, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, market-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing new client applications and KYC documentation.
- Opening demat, bank and PMS accounts.
- Daily trade processing and settlement coordination.
- Reconciliation of trades and holdings with custodians and brokers.
- Ensuring compliance with SEBI PMS regulations and internal policies.
- Timely submission of regulatory filings and disclosures.
- Managing client agreements and renewal documentation.
- Working on PMS software for portfolio updates and reporting.
- Maintaining accurate data records in back-office systems.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, or Economics.
- 2–5 years of experience in PMS operations,



client servicing, or stock broking.
- Knowledge of capital markets, trading systems, and PMS products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PMS software (e.g., Wealth Spectrum, Miles, etc.), and CRM tools.
- NISM certifications preferred (PMS / Investment Adviser / Equity Derivatives)
