Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Cluster Trainer to manage training initiatives, coordinate VBA activities, and support promotional activities across the assigned cluster. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills, the ability to engage sales teams effectively, and a good understanding of retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

- Conduct product, process, sales, and behavioral training programs for sales teams across the assigned cluster.
- Identify training needs and develop appropriate training plans and sessions.
- Conduct regular refresher training, product knowledge sessions, and on-the-job coaching.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve team performance.
- Ensure sales staff are updated on new products, features, offers, and company initiatives.

VBA Coordination

- Coordinate and monitor VBA activities across the assigned cluster.
- Ensure effective communication and execution of VBA-related initiatives at the store level.
- Coordinate with relevant teams and stakeholders for smooth implementation of VBA activities.
- Track VBA performance and prepare regular reports and updates.
- Identify gaps and take corrective actions to improve execution and performance.





Promotional Activities

- Coordinate and execute promotional campaigns and marketing activities across assigned stores.
- Ensure proper implementation of promotional schemes, displays, branding, and other in-store activities.
- Coordinate with sales teams and stores to ensure timely execution of promotional activities.
- Monitor market and competitor activities and provide relevant feedback to the management.
- Support new product launches, retail activations, and other business initiatives.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 3 years experience in training, sales, retail, FMCG, consumer electronics, telecom, or a related field.
- Experience in the mobile/consumer electronics industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable coordination and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned cluster.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
