JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced GDA / Housekeeping Supervisor to join our hospital team. The ideal candidate will oversee housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness, hygiene and smooth day-to-day operations of the hospital premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise GDA and housekeeping staff across shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to hospital cleanliness and infection control protocols
- Conduct regular rounds to monitor hygiene and housekeeping standards
- Train, schedule, and evaluate housekeeping and GDA staff
- Maintain duty rosters and daily activity logs

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum Graduation Passed
- Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
