Manage and motivate the sales/counselling team. Handle patient enquiries and convert leads into consultations and treatment bookings. Follow up with recent, pending, and existing patients. Ensure high conversion of Meta, Google, Justdial, Instagram, and other leads. Increase treatment package sales, renewals, and repeat business. Monitor daily leads, appointments, walk-ins, consultations, and sales. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Coordinate with doctors, therapists, reception, and marketing teams. Monitor team performance and provide sales training. Handle patient complaints and ensure good customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel/clinic software. Plan and implement strategies to improve clinic revenue. Ensure proper follow-up on all pending payments and collections. Maintain discipline, professionalism, and smooth clinic operations.
