Key Responsibility Areas

1) Review and check Mystery Shopping reports on a timely basis.

2) Scrutinizing reports for any discrepancies.

3) Ensuring the report quality by checking for grammatical and/or contextual errors and punctuation.

4) Grade reports according to specified standards and provide concise feedback to Mystery Shoppers, etc.

5) Data Check all reports on a regular basis.

6) Assist in any other business-related activity, as assigned.

Skills Required:

1) Solid command on the English language – written and verbal. Grammar Nazis welcome!

2) Ability to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and professionally in a timely manner.

3) Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Internet.

4) Strong analytical and observation skills.

5) An eye for minute details.

6) Highly Self-Motivated.

7) Responsible, ethical, and honest behavior in all tasks and responsibilities.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
