Real Property is looking for an energetic Property Sourcing Executive who will explore Pune's commercial real estate market, connect with property owners and discover new property opportunities for our clients.

This is not a desk-only job. You will be out in the market, building connections and discovering real business opportunities.

What Will You Do :

- Explore different commercial areas across Pune and identify new properties.
- Meet and speak with property owners and landlords.
- Understand what properties are available for rent or sale.
- Build strong relationships with property owners.
- Visit properties and collect basic property information.
- Coordinate with our Sales team when a property matches a client's requirement.
- Keep in touch with owners and discover recent opportunities.
- Learn how the commercial real estate market actually works.

You don't need to be a real estate expert.

Freshers are welcome!




Candidates with experience in field sales, real estate, business development, telecalling or customer-facing roles are also encouraged to apply.
