Hesa Requires Agriculture Buy- Sell Specialists designated as “Associate Business Executives”

Description:

- Responsible for identifying the best suited Agri produce seasonally for procurement from a state / district – ability to interact with farmers directly and with transporters for end to end product procurement and delivery fulfilment.

- Responsible for identifying the buyer catchment states / districts and key buyers for agriculture produce procured from different markets.

- Connects with agriculture transport companies and nuances related to agri transport packing and logistics

- Relations with agriculture wholesalers in Mandis of base location and other Mandis in India.

- Relations with agri produce storage warehousing companies.

- Prepare purchase orders based on minimum Cost and timely delivery of the material and manage business with truck to truck a P & L being responsible for purchase / Sales schedules..

- Close monitoring on the daily price of agri produce and making the analysis reports. Maintain MIS Reports related to produce; Cost savings, farmer/region/supplier Quality aspect etc. Influence farmers and guide them about produce. Building relationships with the farmers and Influence them on the produce.
