Role Details

- Position: HR Recruiters / Recruitment Executives
- Job Type: Full‑time
- Location: Hadapsar, Pune, Maharashtra
- Vacancies: 20
- Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month + Variable Pay (Freshers) Depends upon interview and performance

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates using databases, job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
- Develop and update job descriptions & specifications.
- Screen and assess applicants to match client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage end‑to‑end recruitment cycles.
- Liaise with clients to understand hiring needs and deliver talent solutions.
- Track industry trends and salary benchmarks and prepare recruitment dashboards.

Candidate Profile

- Freshers (Any Graduate/MBA): Smart, active,



and passionate individuals who are presentable and have excellent communication skills.
- Experienced (1–3 years): Recruitment professionals with strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking skills.

Technical Skills Required

- Job Portals: Naukri, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- LinkedIn Recruiter: Advanced search, InMail outreach, talent mapping.
- ATS Systems: Candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
- MS Office Suite: Excel (shortlisting, dashboards), Word (JD creation), PowerPoint (client presentations).
- Database Management: Maintaining candidate records and recruitment metrics.
- Communication Tools: Email drafting, WhatsApp outreach, and video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams).

Additional Requirements

- Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Hadapsar, Pune before starting work.
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to pitch to senior stakeholders.
- Commercial understanding of recruitment processes and client management.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
