About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer with 1–2 years of experience to join our team at our Mohali Office as it will be work from Office role. The ideal candidate should have a strong command of English, excellent writing skills, and the ability to create engaging, informative, and audience-focused content across different platforms.

The candidate will work closely with the marketing, design, and social media teams to develop content that aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Write high-quality, engaging, and well-researched website content, blogs, articles, landing pages, and marketing content.
- Create content based on SEO best practices, including keyword placement, search intent, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
- Develop content optimized for AEO, including FAQs, direct-answer formats, conversational queries, and featured-snippet opportunities.
- Conduct topic and keyword research to identify relevant content opportunities.
- Understand and apply search intent while developing content.
- Write content that is clear, original, grammatically correct, and aligned with the brand's tone and guidelines.
- Optimize existing website content and blogs to improve readability, relevance, and search visibility.
- Collaborate with SEO, marketing, and design teams to develop content aligned with business objectives.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to produce accurate and valuable content.
- Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality.
- Use AI writing tools responsibly for research, ideation,



and content assistance while ensuring the final content is original, useful, and human-edited.
- Stay updated with evolving Google Search, SEO, AEO, and content marketing practices.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in content writing.
- Practical experience in website content, blogs, and articles.
- Positive understanding of SEO fundamentals and on-page SEO.
- Basic to good understanding of AEO and AI-search content optimization.
- Strong research and fact-checking skills.
- Excellent written English with strong grammar and vocabulary.
- Ability to write content in a explicit, engaging, and reader-friendly manner.
- Understanding of keyword research, search intent, headings, meta titles/descriptions, and content structure.
- Ability to adapt writing style according to different audiences and brands.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good to Have

- Experience with tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Surfer SEO, or similar SEO tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Understanding of featured snippets, People Also Ask, FAQs, and structured content.
- Experience creating content for SaaS, technology, digital marketing, or other B2B/B2C industries.
