- Manage and supervise the billing department and billing staff.
- Ensure accurate IP, OP, insurance, and corporate billing.
- Monitor billing, collections, refunds, and outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with insurance/TPA teams for timely claim processing.
- Verify billing accuracy and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Prepare daily/monthly billing reports and MIS.
- Ensure compliance with hospital billing policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Finance, Front Office, Medical Records, and other departments.
- Train and guide billing staff and monitor their performance.
- Handle patient billing queries and complaints professionally.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
