We are hiring a serious, full-time Graphic Designer who is committed to productivity, accountability and professional quality output.
This is a structured work-from-home position intended for designers who are disciplined, reliable and looking for long-term stability — not freelancers juggling multiple side gigs.
If you only “know how to operate software”, this role is not for you. We are looking for someone who understands design thinking, presentation, speed and output efficiency.
A design evaluation task will be mandatory before final selection.
Mandatory Experience
- Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a Graphic Designer
- Must have worked in an agency or company workplace (not only freelance projects)
- Strong hands-on experience in both CorelDRAW and Adobe Illustrator (mandatory – lacking in one will not qualify)
- Experience handling multiple client-style design tasks under deadlines
Mandatory Technical Skills
- CorelDRAW – advanced working knowledge
- Adobe Illustrator – advanced working knowledge
- AI Image Generation – ability to create high-quality AI visuals using prompts
- Understanding of prompt refinement and iterations
- Ability to create mockups and present designs professionally
- Strong typography, layout and composition understanding
- Fast execution speed without compromising quality
