Touch Grass is a social experience platform/community built around getting people offline, meeting new people, and doing things that are actually fun.

We’re creating experiences that encourage people to step away from their screens, discover new interests, have interesting conversations, and connect with people IRL.

And we’re looking for someone who gets that vibe.

The Role

We’re looking for a Social Media & Creative Intern who can help us build and manage Touch Grass’s social media presence.

You’ll be responsible for coming up with content ideas, creating graphics and social posts, keeping the page active, and helping shape the visual identity and voice of the brand.

This is a hands-on creative role. You’ll get to experiment, try things, and have a real say in what the brand looks and feels like.

Social Media

- Manage the day-to-day Instagram presence for Touch Grass
- Plan and maintain a simple content calendar
- Create Instagram posts, carousels, stories and reels
- Research trends, formats and content ideas relevant to our audience
- Write captions and social copy
- Keep up with what’s happening in the social media world and bring fresh ideas to the page
- Help grow engagement and build a community around the brand

Content & Design

- Create engaging graphics and social media creatives
- Design carousels, event promotions, announcements, memes and other branded content
- Maintain consistency in Touch Grass’s visual identity
- Repurpose existing content into different social formats
- Experiment with different visual styles, formats and creative concept
- Brainstorm new content series and recurring formats
- Come up with ideas that make people want to stop scrolling and go outside
- Turn everyday observations,



cultural moments, events and conversations into interesting social content
- Help develop Touch Grass’s personality and tone online

What We’re Looking For

You don’t need years of experience. We care much more about taste, curiosity and initiative.

You’d be a great fit if you:

- Love Instagram and genuinely understand social media culture
- Have a good eye for design and aesthetics
- Can create clean, engaging graphics
- Are comfortable with Canva or similar design tools
- Have a robust sense of typography, layouts and visual storytelling
- Can write casual, engaging social copy
- Are curious about trends and internet culture
- Are willing to experiment rather than just copy what everyone else is doing
- Can work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Are organised and can consistently get things done

Bonus Points If You Can

- Edit short-form videos/reels
- Use CapCut or similar editing tools
- Take or edit photos
- Understand basic social media analytics
- Have previously managed a brand, creator or personal Instagram page
- Have a portfolio or examples of social media/design work
