Hiring – Head of Hostel Operations

We are looking for a Head – Hostel Operations to manage and oversee the overall hostel operations.

Key responsibilities:

* Manage and supervise the team of wardens

* Ensure overall hostel maintenance and smooth functioning

* Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and food quality

* Coordinate with the hostel team and management

* Coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs and facility-related issues

* Conduct regular hostel inspections

* Address student concerns and day-to-day operational issues

* Ensure wardens follow their duties, shifts, and hostel rules

Requirements:

* Fluent in Kannada and English

* Additional languages such as Hindi/Telugu will be an advantage

* Positive leadership and team-management skills

* Prior hostel/residential facility management experience preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
