We are seeking a full-time RTO Executive (Automobile) for our Maruti Showroom - Automobile to join our team in office in Mumbai. The RTO Executive will be responsible for handling Regional Transport Office (RTO)-related tasks, such as managing documentation, ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating registrations and transfers, and verifying and preparing reports. The successful candidate will maintain regular communication with clients, handle customer inquiries, and follow up on the progress of administrative processes as part of daily operations.

· RTO Documentation work

· Worked with Automobile company

· Allocations of the RTO cases to respective city person for completing the RTO process

· Data Entry

· Payment entry, Attendance entry.

· Customer Query Solving

· Tracking N Logins Online Vaahan Portal.

· RTO online work

· Feedback process

· Co-ordinating with RTO Staff

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
