Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced M365 Collaboration SME with robust hands-on experience in M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration, especially for M&A; projects.

Key Responsibilities:1. M365 Collaboration:

- Manage Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and M365 Groups.
- Handle permissions, external sharing, Entra ID, PowerShell, and Purview.

2. Migration:

- Perform migration assessment, planning, execution, validation, and cutover.
- Migrate Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Groups, permissions, and collaboration data.
- Support coexistence, rollback, and Day-1 business continuity.

3. Migration Tools – MUST:





- Quest migration tool experience is MUST, especially for the M&A; Squad.
- BitTitan MigrationWiz experience is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

- 10–15 years of IT experience with strong M365 expertise.
- M365 Tenant-to-Tenant Migration experience is MUST.
- Experience in M&A; / tenant consolidation / migration projects.
- Strong Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, M365 Groups, Entra ID, and PowerShell experience.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Migration is MUST – Do not apply if you do not have hands-on M365 migration experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
