Key Responsibilities

- Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and applications.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of network connectivity issues.
- Support user account creation, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot issues related to MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and other common applications.
- Maintain IT assets and update inventory records.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the L2/L3 support team.
- Follow IT security policies and company procedures.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and service requests.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
- Basic understanding of LAN, TCP/IP, DNS,



and DHCP.
- Knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team setting.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory will be an added advantage.

Qualification

- Diploma / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science / B.E. / B.Tech. / Any IT-related qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with good troubleshooting and communication skills will be preferred.
- Candidates should be willing to work from the office and support end users.

Salary: ₹12k to 18k per month
Joining: Immediate / As per requirement

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
