Position Title: Mechanical Design Engineer
Department: Design / Engineering
Experience Required: 4 to 6 Years
Educational Qualification: B.E. Mechanical Engineering
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Gross CTC ₹35,000 to ₹50,000 per month

Software Knowledge

The candidate must have working proficiency in the following software:

-  Proficiency in CAD software (.SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA) – MANDATORY
-  Strong knowledge of mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and fabrication techniques.
-  Experience in preparing detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings.
-  Knowledge of sheet metal, machining, welded structures, and mechanical assemblies
-  Understanding of GD&T;, tolerances, and engineering standards.
-  Knowledge of Fire Fighting System is preferred.

Required Skills and Competencies

Preferred Qualifications

 Required: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

 Preferred: Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Design.

 Design and develop custom mechanical components, assemblies, and engineering solutions..





 Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and SolidWorks

 Develop detailed fabrication and assembly drawings with GD&T; and BOM.

 Modify and improve existing designs based on customer requirements and engineering feedback.

 Coordinate with production, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure successful project execution.

 Ensure designs comply with customer specifications, manufacturing feasibility, and quality standards.

 Maintain engineering documentation, revision records, and technical files.

3D Modelling & Drafting, Engineering Analysis & Simulation, Design Validation & Testing, Prototype Development, BOM Preparation

3. Facilitation & Support

Interdepartmental Coordination, Supplier & Vendor Communication, Production Support, Client & Stakeholder Interaction

Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple assignments simultaneously
