Job Summary

Kalliyath Sanitations is looking for a responsible and experienced Godown Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of our sanitaryware and plumbing materials godown. The candidate will be responsible for stock management, material handling, staff supervision, and ensuring smooth inward and outward movement of products.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily godown operations.
- Receive and verify incoming sanitaryware, plumbing materials, fittings, and related products.
- Check product quantity, item codes, and condition during receiving.
- Arrange and store products systematically for easy identification and movement.
- Supervise loading and unloading of materials.
- Maintain accurate inward and outward stock records.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification.
- Supervise godown helpers and allocate daily tasks.
- Ensure proper handling of sanitaryware to minimize breakage and damage.
- Coordinate with sales, purchase, accounts, and delivery teams.




- Ensure the correct products are picked and dispatched according to invoices.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the godown.
- Prepare stock and daily movement reports when required.
- Report any stock discrepancies or operational issues to management.

Requirements

- 5 and above years of experience in godown/warehouse supervision preferred.
- Experience in sanitaryware, plumbing, tiles, hardware, or building materials is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of stock and inventory management.
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge.
- Positive communication and team-management skills.
- Ability to maintain accurate records.
- Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced godown environment.

Pay: ₹9,232.27 - ₹33,141.68 per month
