Bartender – Job Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.

Take beverage orders and provide prompt and courteous service to guests.

Maintain proper stock of beverages, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies.

Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, equipment, and glassware.

Handle cash/card payments and maintain accurate billing records.

Check guest requirements and provide recommendations on beverages when required.

Monitor inventory and report shortages or damaged items to the supervisor.

Ensure responsible service of alcohol as per company policies and applicable regulations.

Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for smooth restaurant operations.

Maintain skilled grooming, discipline, and customer service standards.

Handle guest complaints and requests professionally.

Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
