Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily social media content and strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.
- Create engaging captions, stories, reels, and basic graphics or videos using tools like Canva.
- Schedule posts and monitor platform algorithms using scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Run and optimize basic paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
- Track performance metrics including reach, engagement, impressions, and conversions.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, viral audio, and hashtag strategies.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams to align with overall business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management or digital marketing (robust freshers with a solid portfolio are welcome).
- Education:



Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, basic design tools (Canva/Photoshop), and analytics reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong copywriting abilities, creative thinking, and good communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
