We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Online Tender Filing Executive to manage and submit government and private tenders through various e-procurement portals. The candidate will be responsible for tender searching, documentation, bid preparation, online submission, coordination with departments, and ensuring timely compliance with tender requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals such as:
- GeM
- CPPP
- eProcurement portals
- State Government Tender Portals
- NIC / NICSI portals
- Download and analyze tender documents, eligibility criteria, and technical specifications.
- Prepare tender documents including:
- Technical Bid
- Financial Bid
- Compliance documents
- EMD & Tender Fee coordination
- Handle online bid submission on various e-tender portals.
- Manage Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) for tender submission.
- Coordinate with internal teams for:
- Company documents
- Technical specifications
- Financial quotations
- Certifications and declarations
- Maintain tender MIS, records, and submission tracker.
- Follow up for corrigendum, tender updates, clarifications, and bid results.
- Ensure timely submission before deadline without errors.
- Prepare proposal documents, presentations, and supporting annexures as required.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Government e-Tendering process.
- Experience with GeM and eProcurement portals.
- Good understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Solid documentation and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of PDF editing and file conversion tools.
- Basic understanding of IT/Software projects will be preferred.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA / B.Tech / Diploma candidates preferred.
- Certification in e-Procurement or Tender Management is an advantage.
Experience
- 1–3 years experience in tender filing / bid management preferred.
- Freshers with good computer knowledge may also apply.
