Role Overview
Dr. Afra's Ziva Aesthetics is seeking a smart, dedicated, and meticulous ANM nurse to support our clinical team during minor surgical and aesthetic procedures in the Operation Theatre (OT).
Key Responsibilities
- OT Preparation & Assistance
- Prepare and maintain the Operation Theatre before and after clinical procedures.
- Assist doctors during minor skin, hair, and aesthetic surgeries.
- Handle, organize, and pass surgical instruments accurately during treatments.
- SOP & Hygiene Compliance
- Strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for infection control and sanitation.
- Sterilize instruments, equipment, and linens according to protocol.
- Maintain clean, safe, and hygienic surroundings throughout the clinic.
- Patient Care & Support
- Prepare patients physically and emotionally prior to procedures.
- Monitor patient comfort during procedures and assist with post-operative recovery care.
- Explain basic post-procedure care instructions to patients as guided by the doctor.
- Inventory & Maintenance
- Monitor stock levels of OT consumables, medicines, and surgical supplies.
- Report equipment maintenance needs promptly to management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: (ANM) diploma or equivalent nursing experience.
- Experience: Prior experience in an OT setting or a strong basic understanding of clinical SOPs and sterile techniques.
- Location: Must reside within a 10–15 km radius of Kannur Corporation.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, and a professional, pleasant demeanour.
