Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling property sales leads, understanding client requirements, arranging site visits, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle sales leads through calls, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Understand buyers' property requirements, budget, and preferred locations.
- Call and follow up with prospective buyers and investors.
- Arrange and coordinate property site visits.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.




- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients until deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update lead status, follow-ups, and client information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, and internal teams.

Requirements

- Experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers and close sales deals.
- Knowledge of the Gurgaon/Gurugram real estate market will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and confident personality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
