Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies, sourcing candidates through various channels such as job portals and social media, and conducting initial phone screenings to assess qualifications. Executives also manage the full lifecycle from posting job ads and coordinating panel interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding,



while tracking metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to optimize hiring processes.

Qualifications typically require a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 1–5 years of direct recruiting experience. Essential skills include robust communication, proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Career progression often leads to roles such as Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Manager.

Pay: ₹18,280.93 - ₹45,090.97 per month
