Job Description

Airsoft Gun India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting, GST compliance, banking, inventory-related accounting, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Handle sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments.
- Prepare and file GST returns and maintain statutory compliance.
- Manage bank, payment gateway, and cash reconciliations.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare invoices, e-way bills, and other accounting documents.
- Maintain inventory accounting and stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and tax consultants.
- Monitor customer outstanding payments and vendor payments.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.





Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience
- Zoho Books knowledge is mandatory
- Good knowledge of GST and TDS
- Solid knowledge of MS Excel including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas
- Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation
- Knowledge of inventory accounting
- Good communication and organizational skills
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, trading, or distribution is an advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
