Business Development Executive – Immediate Hiring

Shastika Global Impex Private Limited is seeking a result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our customer base and business opportunities.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply

Responsibilities

- Develop new leads and business opportunities.
- Identify potential domestic and international customers.
- Contact prospects through calls, email and online platforms.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert leads.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate quotations.
- Maintain customer and lead databases.
- Build long-term client relationships.




- Monitor competitors and identify new market opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales/business development targets.

Candidate Profile

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing and negotiation ability.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good English speaking and writing skills.
- Basic computer/MS Office knowledge.
- Previous BDE/Sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
