DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Job location-Vapi

Experience: 2–4 Year

Qualification: Any Graduate

Salary: ₹2.5–3.5 LPA

Working Hours: 10–12 Hours/Day

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate operational records and handle data entry, reporting, and documentation using ERP, MS Excel, and MS Word.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update daily operational data in ERP and MS Excel.

- Maintain production, inventory, dispatch, and other routine records.

- Prepare basic MIS reports, trackers, and daily reports.

- Check data for missing, incorrect, or duplicate information.

- Maintain digital and physical documents systematically.

- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments for pending data.

- Ensure timely submission of daily reports and records.

- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of company information.

Required Skills





- Good knowledge of MS Excel – formatting, formulas, sorting, and filtering.

- Working knowledge of ERP software

- Positive typing speed and accuracy.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2–4 years of relevant experience in data entry, documentation, MIS, inventory, production, or dispatch records will be preferred.
